Sample lunch à la carte


Starters

Deep fried breaded brie wedge

served with a redcurrant and port sauce


Baked field mushrooms

topped with a creamy saffron leeks and Welsh cheese crumble


Smooth chicken liver, bacon, garlic & brandy pâté

served with tomato, apple and red onion chutney and toast

 

Mains

Char-grilled rib-eye steak

served with a choice of sauces: brandy and peppercorn or shallot, mushroom and Madeira or stilton and garlic butter


Pan fried butterflied chicken breast

topped with sun blushed tomatoes, red onion, olives and mozzarella with a tomato and herb dressing


Spinach, ricotta, red pepper and toasted pine nut pancake cannelloni

served with a tomato, garlic and white wine sauce, topped with parmesan cheese
